1. Document & Lab Report Handling

Uploaded laboratory test report PDFs are processed in-memory strictly for the purpose of extracting certificate data fields requested by the user. We do not sell, publish, or share your supplier details, SKU numbers, or laboratory reports with third-party marketers or competitors.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem. DocuBridge Labs does not store your raw credit card numbers on our servers.

3. Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of any account or order metadata at any time by emailing smartimberwolf@gmail.com.
